1.Tension

2. Sprain

That happens when moving too much which affect to bone and joint. Appear of Sprain such as: Swelling, hemarthrosis in injury ligaments when push in we will feel painful, uncomfortable and difficult moving.

3. Injury in Knee

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) or posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) happen injury, we will have swelling, difficult moving in knee, pain in knee.

4.  Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) 

Have Symptom as pain, but it may take some time before the patient feels the pain.

5. Injury in shoulders and arm

  • Rotator cuff Inflammation : 

Symptoms occur slowly, the patient cannot know the cause. A patient has symptoms of pain in the shoulder area, the neck or lower arm when moving.

  • Superior labrum anterior to posterior (SLAP): 

Patients with symptoms of pain in front of the shoulders and the arms, lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).  Manifesting is pain outside the elbow, symptoms will gradually improve when the patient is at rest. If the patient continues to exercise, the injury will be more serious.
